Description of the Warrens vacation villa rental

Special Cranfest Rates: September 24th-27th: 5 bedroom $500/night 3 night minimum, 3 bedroom $300/night 3 night minimum, 2 bedroom $250/night 3 night minimum.

Now is the time to bring your family and friends to Jellystone resort for a fun filled family vacation. The resort includes Ranger Smith’s Water Town (outdoor water park, wave pool, lazy river, hot tubs, pools, and more), Swim and Play Beach, Yogi Bear’s Adventure Mini Golf, outdoor theater and stage, organized activities for kids throughout the day, state of the art skate park, paddle boats, fishing pond, game craze, outdoor sports and much more! (Wrist bands may be purchased for these amenities through the resort)

Maybe you just want to spend a few days in a fully furnished, central air conditioned log cabin, playing games, roasting marshmallows over an open camp fire and getting to know family and friends again. Either way the option is yours to enjoy the resort in whatever way you choose.

5 Bedroom = Sleeps 14 adults and 4 children comfortably.
4 private queen bedrooms and a loft area
4 twin beds in upper loft area
3 full baths
2 Family rooms with a fireplace, futon couch and 2 child-size futons
2 Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included.
2 Back porches over looking Jellystone waterpark and Neighborhood skatepark areas.

$250/night or $1250/week (6 nights, 7 days), plus a onetime non-refundable $75 cleaning fee.

I also own two 3 bedroom villa with garage, hugh kitchen, dining room and bigger rooms that sleeps up to 10 and can be rented out at $225/day or weekly at $1,100. Onetime cleaning fee of $50.

CRANFEST - Warrens Cranberry Festival - September 25th, 26th and 27th 2009. Shop the festival to find hand-made souvenir craft items and delicious treats from a variety of vendors. Watch one of the largest marching band parades in Wisconsin or enter one of the many contests held at the festival.
• Farm Market - More than 100 vendors with fall produce offering pumpkins to fresh cranberries and cranberry products.
• Antique & Flea Market – Visit over 350 antique and flea market booths offering everything from primitives, depression glass to fishing and hunting supplies.
• Arts & Crafts Show - Boasting over 850 booths with crafters from all over the country to showcase their talents at our festival.

Deposits: A $200 dollar security deposit is required with the rental payment. Details will be sent in the rental agreement.
Other Fees: All Sales Tax and Lodging Taxes. Cleaning Fee: 3 bedroom is $50, 5 bedroom is $75. Jellystone Park Resort wristband passes must be purchased through to receive discounted prices.
