Description of the Warrens vacation villa rental

This very large villa sleeps upto 20 people, so bring 2, 3 or even 4 families and enjoy all that the Jellystone resort has to offer. At this time the indoor waterpark is closed, but all the outdoor amenities are available during the summer season, including the outdoor waterpark, 2-18 hole putt putt golf courses, a man-made sparkling lake for swimming, volleyball, sun bathing, huge outdoor skatepark, hiking trails, trolley rides, basketball, sand volleyball, outdoor movie theater, fishing, weekend DJ's with 30 ft video screen, daily family and kid activities and much more. My villas have 5 bedrooms, including 4 queen bedrooms, a loft that has 4 twins and 2 double sofas and 4 single (kid sized) fold out chairs. There are also 3 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, washer/dryer, 2 outdoor firepit, 2 picninc tables, balcony, patio and a beautiful view.

I have (2) 5 bedrooms right next to each. They share a common deck and yard. They can sleep 40 people together, so bring the entire family for a reunion, or hunting or snowmobiling as there is plenty of room to be together!

I also have (2) 3 bedrooms that each sleep 12, one of which has an attached 2 car garage and fireplace.

(2) 4 Passenger golf carts available for rent. ($50/Day)

There is a onetime $100 cleaning fee in addition to the rental rate.
5 Bedroom = $275/night weekends and $250/night weekdays or $1350/week (6 nights, 7 days) for non-peak season and non-holidays.
I also own a 3 bedroom that sleeps up to 12 and can be rented out at $175/night weekends, $150/night weekdays or weekly at $1000. Onetime cleaning fee of $60.
Cranfest Weekend Beginning September 24th-27th: 5 bedroom $500/night 3 night minimum, 3 bedroom $300/night 3 night minimum, 2 bedroom $250/night 3 night minimum.

Area Description

Warrens, WI is home to the largest Cranfest festival in the world with over 1,250 booth setup for crafts, food, rummage and anything else you can think of. It is attended annually by over 100,000 people during the last weekend in September.
There are 2 Casinos within 20 minutes, that offer all the gaming you can handle.
Tomah, which is 7 miles away has a boating and fishing lake and within 30 minutes is the 4th largest lake in Wisconsin, Castle Rock Lake.
There is also thousands of acres to hunt, ski and snowmobile! We are renting these this winter for large families to enjoy year round!
