Description of the Wasaga Beach vacation home rental

Looking to rent home - annually -no short term rentals. Thank you ... Wonderful comfy home on Nottawasaga river. Nature at her best - tranqil location. This 4 bedroom has large windows overlooking the wild garden in the front area and the river slowly flowing by in the back. There are birds singing a true piece of Gods work. The kitchen is a cooks delight, come float in the hot tub or enjoy a nice fire. The famous fresh water beach of Wasaga is short 3 mile drive. The hills of Collingwood are 20 mins down the road. The local farm sells, fresh eggs, jams and other home goodies. There are antique shops, hiking paths and quiet place to read a good book, or to write one!

We are looking for a full time renter at $2500. a month. Furnished or unfurnished. One year or two year term is required.

Executive style, no smoking, no pets.

Someone will open the home for you and walk you through your questions and they will walk you though the home when you leave, no host on site, just like any other home rental, renter pays utilities electric, gas, water, internet.

Area Information

Wasaga Beach is 20 mins outside of Collingwood. Wasaga is the largest fresh water beach in the countrysome 14 miles. The area use to be cottage/vacation, but now it has become a true residential area with full city services and lots of nice homes. For fun there is Bingo, ice skating in the winter along with Cross country skiing - there is a library, lots of shopping and I hear soon the Casino.

Oxbow Park Drive, the street is very quiet - it is a circle so there is little traffic - across from our home is a park with wonderful Trilliums in the early spring.

Wasaga Beach is a provincial park, so we have deer and lots of towering trees. The air is fresh and clean and sometimes the fish will even bit your hook. The home fronts the river, so bring your camera, as the change of seasons and the singing birds all add to the value of this location.
