Description of the Washington vacation apartment rental

Located in North Arlington, VA just across the Potomac from Washington DC. Fully and Beautifully furnished 2br/1ba, 3br/2ba and 4br/2ba Apartments. (Summer Weekly rate is $1900 for 4 person, add $25 per day for additional person) (Depending on number of renters and the availabilities; Monthly regular rent is between (2br)$4500-(4br)$6000). We welcome short-term/long-term temporary rentals. Apartments are fully furnished and have full kitchens,dinning room/living room, cable+ TV and include free wireless internet access/free parking. Linens/towels and kitchenware included.
No pets, no smoking inside the apt but smoking outside of the apt is permitted. Reservation required at least one month in advance. Once rental agreement by both parties, renter will send in the application + $200 fully refundable security deposit and Non-refundable $100 cleaning fee to owner for an official reservation.
