For those conducting business or visiting these offices, they are within walking distance: (we're talking blocks, short blocks and of course being right at Union Station you could always just take METROrail)

• Other Fees: 4% surcharge on credit card paymnents. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee. Also a $100.00 security deposit, which will be returned within 3 days after guest departure if there hasn't been any damage to the Suite.

WE were so pleased with both the property and the owners. They made it very homey and comfortable, and the location can not be beat...Union Station just a short walk away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore DC!

This place was a real deal. Clean, friendly, and convenient the Suite Up on the Hill was a perfect place for us to spend a long weekend in DC. One block from Union Station makes this one of the most convenient spots in town. Excellent... I highly recommend!
