The "Sweat Lincoln Suite" is in and excellent location, less than a mile from the capitol building and in a very safe and comfortable neighborhood of very nice houses. It's an easy walk to the capitol area as well as the Eastern Market area and nice resturaunts. It even has a Safeway nearby. We stayed for four days and never felt we needed to use the car or metro during our whole stay. Regarding the house...it's perfect. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Very nice furnishings, but not cluttered. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. Everything was very well thought out. The master bed was very comfortable, but as normal the hide-a-bed was not. This is the only thing I think could reasonably be improved upon. The owners, Justin and Dawn, were very kind and helpful. Dawn provided lots of advice, and even clued us in to a really neat Atlantic Ocean beach (Assateague), which we did end up going to on our last day. In fact, they even provided beach towels and ice chests for our day at the beach. This is not part of their rental plan, but they are just nice people and want their clients to enjoy their stay. They also made sure all supplies were available, and even provided nice snacks. We didn't have to run to the store to get paper products or soaps which was really nice. I own two vacation rentals in north Idaho, and I can only hope my clients are as happy with their rental experience as I was with the Sweat Lincoln Suite. Kudos to Dawn and Justin!

Thanks for providing the excellent accommodations! It was very convenient - close to Union Station, restaurants, and within walking distance of all of the museums! We would definitely consider staying there again.

We had a great time staying here. The owners are lovely, professional, and helpful. And the location just can't be beat. We could walk to everything. My only complaint is that while the bed is comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room is really bumpy and uncomfortable. All in all, a great experience, though.

WE were so pleased with both the property and the owners. They made it very homey and comfortable, and the location can not be beat...Union Station just a short walk away. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore DC!

This place was a real deal. Clean, friendly, and convenient the Suite Up on the Hill was a perfect place for us to spend a long weekend in DC. One block from Union Station makes this one of the most convenient spots in town. Excellent... I highly recommend!
