This beautiful and unique city condo is a less expensive and well-equipped option for many families and business people who are looking for the best value for their dollars while visiting Washington, DC. Yet, this is NOT the equivalent of a budget hotel or motel. People who like the idea of cheaper hotel alternatives and excellent customer service have been flocking to this unit for nearly 4 years. This unit is really clean and does have better amenities than the average more expensive city rental or any hotel that might be closer to major attractions in DC.

One key point about this rental that keeps it being a trusted favored housing solution for people all over the world is that it's prices are the best in the business, it's perks are very unique, and the owner's service to the public is beyond perfection and she can easily relate to the vast majority of customers who are looking for an awesome DC experience that will leave them with money to spare.

Located in a secluded part of a multicultural residential area in Washington, DC right up the street from the Capitol Hill offices, Downtown DC, and a 5 minute drive to RFK Stadium and the historic Langston Golf Course, this DC condo is also close enough to major tourist attractions, with downtown and major tourism being 10 easy minutes away.

The owner is a real feeling person who realizes that many people in this economy are suffering financially and does not believe that families and people needing to visit DC need to spend lots of money to get away. Commercialism is not the running theme here--VALUE/QUALITY for your dollar is.

Because this property does not have easy access to the metro, all guests for this DC condo must drive to the property or take cabs. If you absolutely must need to be close to metro and/or in quick walking distance of tourism, the owner is not expecting to hear from you and encourages you to spend a little more to be happier at a place where you can quickly walk to tourism. Otherwise, everyone who needs easy and quick parking without wanting to pay for it and would like to make the most of their DC experience should be the only people inquiring about the availability of this well-maintained and affordable unit.

This 800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom unit sleeps up to 8 people and has one master and one smaller, one full bath, one queen bed in the master bedroom, one large sectional with queen sofa bed in the living room, and one full sofa bed in the second bedroom, which has a desk. The sleeping quarters are unconventional, but ideal for families (the main customers), business people, or anyone requiring a fully functional living arrangement. All of the furniture is CLEAN and good quality and every appliance and electronic on the premises is of the best quality. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit for all guests, including detergent. This unit is not a hotel, so you will not get daily intrusion from housekeeping or crazy drunk strangers knocking on your door at 3am. This place is the truth and has been going strong as a quality top rental in the city for nearly 4 years.

To rent this unit, you must be open-minded, intelligent about how short term rentals work, drama-free, and professional. The owner strictly follows the Fair Housing principles to a tee. There is never discrimination based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, familial status, race, background, color, creed, or national origin here. You just have to be a decent adult person who believes in everything mentioned above and who can be professional in all transactions with the owner. That's it.

The building where this unit is is a 4 unit, 2 story walkup, with 15 stairs total. This unit is on the top floor. The owner is one of 4 single professional female owners in this all female owned building! All cool guys (and gals :) welcomed!

Children are also welcomed here and owner provides a clean portable crib and high chair to accommodate the really little people.
