Bright, with understated elegance, lodging includes comfy bed, condo features a secured entrance with complete alarm/security system, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to accent the matching maple cabinets and hardwood floors. Granite countertops add further to the ambiance. Soundproofed floors keep outside noise to a minimum. Rooms are furnished with stylish, Dutch-style Eames furniture.
Along with a restful night's sleep atop plush mattresses and organic linens you will enjoy free high speed wireless internet & premium DirecTV HD channels. Cleaning service can be provided every other night for an additional $50 per occurrence.

Once I receive your requested reservation dates, a confirmation notice with a request for PayPal payment will be sent to you. A great find for our weeks stay in Washington DC. Excellent communications with the owner before, during and after our visit. He made special effort to warmly welcome us and briefed us on the local area.We found access to the very efficient public transport system a real bonus. Arriving by Amtrak, a $1 bus fare from Union Station on the Circular Bus put us at Mt Vernon Metro Station which is also the direct rail line to Reagan airport. Check out the rail and bus services to see how good this is. Walking down to the National Mall, with all the wonderful museums, was easy with access to lots of shops on the way. The apartment had excellent, modern and clean facilities, as you would expect from someone who takes pride in their home. We were able to do washing, cook for ourselves as well as having space and facilities to relax and unwind after sightseeing. We had an amazing time!

Comfortable and clean, well maintained. All of the conveniences of home but surroundings like a boutique hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood, one block from a Metro station and the conference center. Owner accessible, helpful with any question and with quick responses. We highly recommend this rental!!

We loved the property, the location and the incredibly friendly and helpful owner. It was very easy to contact and communicate with the owner. This apt was the best vacation rental we have ever experienced as far as being clean, convenient, quiet and supplied with all the extras. Really felt like home. Very close metro stop, grocery store, and a wonderful neighborhood place to eat at a church less than a block away (yes, a church cafeteria serving stellar soul food). Highly recommend this property for a single person or couple visiting D.C.
