Description of the Washington vacation condo rental

Newly built fully furnished condo with 1 Bedroom / 1 full bathroom ready and available in the heart of Washington, DC!

Newly built, tasteful, and fully furnished condo is ideal for conventioneers and vacationers. Centrally located to all the best museums, restaurants, and cultural locations. Condo is part of a row-house located conveniently on the ground floor (see photo).

Bright, with understated elegance, lodging includes comfy bed, condo features a secured entrance with complete alarm/security system, an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to accent the matching maple cabinets and hardwood floors. Granite countertops add further to the ambiance. Soundproofed floors keep outside noise to a minimum. Rooms are furnished with stylish, Dutch-style Eames furniture.

Along with a restful night's sleep atop plush mattresses and organic linens you will enjoy free high speed wireless internet & premium DirecTV HD channels. Cleaning service can be provided every other night for an additional $50 per occurrence.

I could possibly arrange a parking space for you behind the condo as a "permanent" space - but I can not guarantee it will be available if you were to move your car during your stay.

Condo is located just "one block" from the green/yellow line Mt. Vernon Convention Center metro stop. The condo is at 6th and M NW and "one block" away at 7th and M NW is the metro stop. Very easy and convenient.

• Deposits: The rate is $150 per night (maximum double occupancy). Please know that "reservation is only guaranteed" when full payment is made via PayPal. If you do not have an online PayPal account, it is free to sign up and it’s incredibly safe securing all parties. Once I receive your requested reservation dates, a confirmation notice with a request for PayPal payment will be sent to you. There is a $50 “refundable deposit” to cover any potential wear to the condo.
   
• Other Fees: (FYI: According to PayPal "fee" policy, the payment transaction is "free" only when the money comes from a pre-exisiting PayPal balance or bank account But you will have to pay 2.9% + $0.30 fee if the money comes from a debit or credit card.) In case of cancellation within ten days of arrival, full payment will be refunded. Otherwise, 50% shall be held as a cancellation fee. If cancellation is not made within 24 hours of your check-in date, only the $50 deposit will be refunded.
