Description of the Washington vacation guesthouse rental

Located in North Arlington Downtown, just within 15 minutes drive across key bridge to Washington DC. A very nice Shopping Mall just 15 minutes walking distance away from the home. Fully and Beautifully furnished 3br/2.5ba guest house ( for 4-6 person-Depending on number of renters and the availabilities; Monthly regular rent is between (for 3br/2.5ba)$6000-$8000. We welcome short-term and long term rentals. House is fully furnished and have full kitchens,dinning room/living room, cable+ TV and include free wireless internet access/free parking. Linens/towels and kitchenware included.
No pets, smoking in the patio but inside the house is permitted. Reservation required at least 2 weeks in advance. Once rental agreement by both parties, renter will send in the application/cleaning fee$300 + a fully refundable security deposit$200 to owner for an official reservation.

A very nice area to stay while visiting North part of Arlington and Washington DC areas. For a vacation with the family, Honey Moon,
Writers and Artists' retreat, with a group of friends or on an official business trip.
