The contemporary house sits on the hill surrounded by cherry tree in the heart of Bethesda. A short drive to downtown Bethesda activities and 15 minutes to Georgetown or downtown Washington DC. The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (all with Jacuzzis) bring the best to your short stay in DC.
Big living room with fine dining room and two other out site dinning tables with a fire pit and reflecting pond. House can sleep from 1 to 10 people, one loft office, 2 car garage. Luxury bedding with flat screen TV may be not enough, but Maid service are ready upon request.
Minimun stay is 4 nights in by 3 and out by 10.
Daily maid services are available upon request.
Speacial flower, cake or champaign (Baducci)are provided upon request.
$450/night with minimum of 3 night stay or $2,700/week.
One time cleaning fee: $150
Security Deposit: $500 - fully refund 10 days after check out.

My family and I would like to thank Mr. Ben Lok and Mr. Jim Moore for our wonderful stay in your lovely property. The home is convenient to Howard University and the Metro, and has all the amenities of a well though out home away from home. Hi, unfortunately the property was not available for the date we had planned our trip for my sisters wedding... I would really like to have a chance to the property on some other visit to DC. We stayed in two apartments, but we saw the house from outside and it looked very nice as in the internet
