The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (all have showers). The house has two dens; one in the first floor where the breakfast room is with a full bath (sink and shower)as well as the washer dryer. The second den is in the master bedroom and has a very nice sofa with pillows, the master bedroom bath and a walking closet. The first floor has the living room with ALL expected amenities, the dining room with a stylish, oval, Italian dining room and a bar separating the kitchen from the dining room. A full bathroom right near the breakfast room(with a shower) The second floor has three bedrooms-two queen beds and one bunk bed with two superposed full beds as well as another twin bed located in the closet you may use anywhere you wish. In addition it has a corner Jacuzzi full bath with a shower. The master bedroom has two walking closets, a full bath a French balcony with a Juliette bar. All windows have blinds and curtains. The back of the house as well as the sides of the parking are covered with new Jefferson style bricks. The house back door is conveniently located 6 feet from the parking. So most people don't use the front door. This house has a nice bland of classy luxurious furniture and modern amenities. It has a European feel and touch. This is the uniqueness of this house.
Townhome rental amenities; wireless internet, professional desk with stationery, computer, scanner, copier, printer, recess and dimmer lights with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top with granite sink as well as a fully stocked kitchen with a China set, a gorgeous breakfast room, makes one feel right at home with the additional pleasure of living in a new and classy house. Washer dryer with an iron and iron board. TV, Cable, DVD, CD HIFI stereo with a surround sound system, as well as 3 FULL bathrooms, each with its own shower,hair dryers,one of them having a luxurious corner jacuzzi, add considerably to the convenience and comfort of the home. Alarm clocks are in each and every room. Umbrellas and balance are available as well. Moreover, we just installed an espresso machine, that way you can prepare yourself a nice espresso or cappuccino without leaving home. We also added natural scents candles you can use anywhere in the house and added natural scents to pillows and beds in such a way that you will have the perfect sleep. Everything was done for a maximum comfort and convenience. We guarantee you will love the house.
The house is very conveniently situated in such a way that you could go anywhere in D.C., Va, or Md in a matter of minutes. The traffic is very fluid and this will help you drive easily to anywhere you want.
Located at few minutes drive from all attractions Washington, D.C has to offer. In addition, it is very close from the Rock Creek Parkway, allowing one to drive around D.C. and avoiding the red lights. This will also take you in Virginia in few minutes. The transportation system is nothing short of fabulous and the bus stop is right at the corner. The metro is at only 1.25 miles from the house and there are three metro buses going there from the house in few minutes. The metro stop has three metro lines that will take you to all metro stops even to VA and MD non-stop and has an excellent and guarded parking so you can leave your car if you wish. All these parameters will allow you to have a wonderful and stress-free stay at Adam'Eden.

Wonderful room or more like apartment. Everything we needed was right there. This was located in a beautiful area with unique shops and restaurants. We took a bus to the Metro and trained all over D.C. So much to do! Would go back again when we had more time to enjoy surrounding area as well as D.C. The only thing that was upsetting was we planned our whole day around the appointment we set up to learn about the time sharing/ownership and after waiting and filling out paperwork, they refused to see me due to the fact my husband was not with me. He was with our 5 children keeping them occupied.

I rented this house for my sister's bachelorette party in D.C. (a group of fun girls ages 24-27). It was a perfect location, and enough living space for 12 of us to hang out during the day and have a good time. You can walk to Dupont Circle in 5 minutes; no need to cab! They provide one parking spot, but we didn't have trouble finding additional parking even though it was the weekend, and the gay-pride festival! Parking is available right in front of the house, and you don't need a permit to park on the weekend. We parked 5 cars with no trouble at all (unheard of in D.C.)! The house was clean, and very modern. They provided all sorts of amenities from DVDs, to games, and cooking supplies. All in all, the girls loved it and we had a fabulous time. We would definitely recommend it!

We were most fortunate to be able to stay at Adam's Eden. This allows us to have a family reunion in Washington. It was great that we all had space to spread out after sightseeing in the area. We especially apreciated the safe parking place at the back door, the efficient washer and dryer, wireless access, and the three beautifully remodeled bathrooms

We stayed at Adams place in August 2009. It was very clean, spacious place. We felt at home and the location was close to bus which we used every day even though we had our truck with us. My family was very happy and enjoyed having their own bed,and a kitchen so we did not have to eat out every meal and ater 1 week on the road it was a pleasure. We would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks a million Adam.

Adams Eden is a beautifully appointed, well thought out and just plain old comfortable place to stay. Everything in the home is like new, upscale floors, appointments and comfortable beds. Access to the Bus and Metro lines is just down at the corner, making it easy to get around the metro area. Anything you need is only a phone call away. Adam is there to answer questions, handle issues and help in anyway needed...he was a great help and comfort to us. Where do I start? From the very minute that I contacted Adam he was the most friendly and accommodating host you could ever want! We had a long conversation by phone which really put me at ease about the person that he is and I knew that our stay would be a wonderful experience! He is a very genuine and caring person who strives to ensure that you are treated like royalty and then like family! We arrived in DC and Adam was quick to contact us and help navigate us to his place.
The place was spotless and so spacious. Everyone who has commented is so right about the true beauty of the home being seen in person! The pictures are good but you have to be standing in the room to appreciate how everything is. Our family of 6 fit in most comfortably and were impressed with the extras that are provided. Looking back at the pictures posted on this site bring a smile to my face as I remember the trip and walk room to room in my mind. Adam has taken great measures to decorate with tastefulness and a mixture of contemporary elegance with high class design.
We were there for the "Epic Snowmeggedon" of Feb 2010 when DC experienced one of the heaviest snow storms in the city's history. Adam was deeply concerned for our comfort above all else and called continually to check up on us. When the electricity in the city went out his knock on our back door with candles was a life-saver!!! We all enjoyed dinner by candlelight that night - including Adam, whom we gladly welcomed to join us!
He is insistent from the beginning that you let him know if there is anything that you need and more than willing to accommodate even the smallest request! He is always available and that made our stay all the more relaxing just knowing that he was only a phone call away should we need anything at all.
After being snowed in for days he even had someone shovel a pathway for us to get in and out and brought our kids treats which were a hit!
All in all, despite the weather, Adam made our stay such a wonderful experience. His attention to us for the time that we were there was fantastic but more than that, checking on us after we left - because our flights were canceled - really showed his caring spirit and genuine nature. When you stay with Adam you are not just a renter, you are family and being new to a city with no idea what to do and where to go - it was such a relief to have someone you could call on.
We give Adam and his place 2 thumbs up and 5+ stars. We will stay there again!!!

Thank you for making our DC vacation over Christmas 2009 a success. Who would have known that DC would get 22 inches of snow the day before we were to arrive? It made it even more fun since we do not get much snow in the Dallas area. The house was nice and clean and well stocked. The location was close to bus, subway, grocery stores and restaurants. We did not really even need a car since you can ride the bus to the subway stations and then go anywhere in the DC area you want. We had a great time and will stay with you again when we return. Take care from your friends in Texas!

I would just like to say what a wonderful week my family and myself had in DC, partly because of Adam's house. What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, immaculate, top-notch accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very nice to be able to come back there at the end of a long site-seeing day in DC, and be able to cook a nice

We had a wonderful home away from home for seven days.
Adam has done an excellent job in his renovations and the home is very comfortable and up-to-date.
Our group consisted of six adults and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious for a group this size to gather and enjoy time and meals together. After full days of site seeing it was good to come "home".
Adam is a gracious host and available to take care of any needs you may have. I would recommend Adam's Eden Hideaway to anyone visiting Washington DC or the surrounding area.

I stayed in Adams Eden for 10 days in June starting from 15th with my family of four and found very safe and very comfortable. It is very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped which most of the Ladies look for. Traveling from this place via metro bus/rail was convenient. Adam was a very good host.

I stayed at Adam's with two friends for a week while attending a conference. Adam's place was very well maintained, he has done a good deal of work in remodeling this home very recently. We were very
impressed with the amount of space, and of the new full kitchen. Adam was a gracious host, an honest and jovial man. We drove our car and there is parking for two. All three of us would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay at Adam's again whenvisiting DC.
