 Surprisingly elagant in a semi-remote area, October 11, 2009

I made reservations over the phone without much knowledge of what the property was like. It was a last minute decision because the normal place I say was booked. I was very impressed how nice the cabin was and the amenities were far beyond what I've had in the pass for about the same cost. The cabins are centrally located between Wasilla and Palmer in a very quiet area. The cabin is richly decorated in a tasteful and comfortable style. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for plush comfort while visiting the Last Frontier.

Booking the reservation was very easy, check-in & check-out hassle free. Chalets are just beautiful, clean, superior quality construction. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub & fresh coffee in the morning, along with a nice variety of morning snacks. Both beds were very comfortable & luxury linens, along with nice soft white-robes for relaxing in. Very romantic with the gas fireplace & big flat screen t.v. All I can say is that this Chalet (Cabin) is by far the nicest of all the places we have stayed (which is probably about 25 places in the past 5 years) This is our 2nd visit here & will book again early next Spring. P.S. The best part was that it was peaceful & we slept so well both nites.
