Beautiful Country House located in Water Mill, Long Island in the town of Southampton. The house was built in 2005 and is situated across from a private horse farm. Amenities include a Har-Tru Tennis Court and heated pool. Wrap around cedar decking.

The house is surrounded by fields and woods and is very quiet and private. Perennial Gardens include Hydrangeas, Fairy Roses, Lavender & Tall Grasses.

The interior sports soaring double height ceilings. Enormous windows provide spectacular light throughout.

The House is beautifully furnished with many antique pieces throughout.

Very large bedrooms and closets. Upstairs open family room.
