Located in the private, gated community of WaterSound Beach, "Amazing Space" is the luxury beach home ideal for your family gathering. This Brand New, Cape Cod-style home will delight you with its many special features, unique architectural details and impressive decor. This luxury home was featured in Better Homes & Gardens subscription editions in August 2008.

The ground floor features a spacious living/dining area with adjoining kitchen with marble counters and marble central island bar, upscale appliances and an adjacent breakfast room. "Amazing Space" includes three master suites (one on the first floor and two on the second), each with a King bed and unique private bath.

The second floor includes a separate bunk-room and a guest room with two built-in Full beds, a central sitting area with sofa sleeper plus an adjoining bath and a Big Screen HDTV.

The top floor is the perfect layout for a small family to share with its sitting/TV area, mini-kitchen/dining area, bedroom and private full bath.

Large screened and open porches. Flat-screen TVs/DVDs throughout. Hi-speed internet access is provided. Enjoy a pleasant stroll past beautiful, natural scenery as you follow the wide, wooden walkway that runs right in front of your house and leads directly to the community pools, the beach club and the private, pristine beach front that is well over a mile long.

You have to experience this home to believe what a beautiful, relaxing space it is! I celebrated my 70th birthday there in May with my two sisters, and from the moment we entered the space, we felt transported to a place of peace and serenity. We ate, we swam, we biked, we walked the beaches and always there was a home to come home to, an Amazing Space. We made memories that will last a life-time, 3 sisters from different parts of the country re-connecting our lives to the single thread of family!
