Beautiful 5 bedroom home on Little Hills Lk w/private beach for swimming, fishing and all water sports.
Relax and enjoy our year round vacation home on the shores of beautiful Little Hills Lake located near the City of Wautoma in scenic Waushara County.
Our Lakeside Living guests can fish, swim, boat, water-ski and more, all in the privacy of a comfortable home that sleeps 17. There are four bedrooms, two additional sleeper sofas, and four bathrooms.
Amenities
Some of the many extras include central air (plus 8 ceiling fans throughout the house), a two-person whirlpool bathtub, a fireplace, and a private deck off the master bedroom. There are two more decks, offering great lake views, and great sunning with all the northern exposure!
Smaller 3 bedroom cottage right next door also available for rent. Sleeps 10.

Our group had a great time! The owners were more than helpful. The view from the house was stunning, as the trees were all changing color. The accommodations were comfortable for our group including many children. I appreciated all of the kitchen supplies. It made cooking away from home really easy. We are already planning a trip For next year. I highly recommend this vacation getaway!

My Wedding Weekend on Little Hills Lake

This rental property suited my group's needs quite well. Being situated just a few feet from the shore of the lake allowed family and friends to swim, boat, and otherwise enjoy this stunning body of water without having to travel any significant distance. We were pleased to find that the cabin/villa came stocked with bed linens and beach towels, so that we could be comfortable during our 3-night stay. Jay Quigley, the property owner or manager, was close by most of the weekend and turned out to be a very pleasant man, who was helpful in answering questions, accommodating an extra night to our stay, and tolerating sometimes loud voices, late night swimming, accidental AC operation (with windows momentarily open during), and other miscellaneous requests from my family members. We are considering a return to Little Hills Lake next season to celebrate our anniverary with a few close friends and family members and will be sure to look into this cabin/villa again. Amazing!

Our stay at the vacation properties on Little Hills Lake was wonderful. We rented two beautiful villas, one sleeping 17 and one sleeping 22. Both far exceeded our expectations! Our son was married across the Lake at Camp Lakotah, so the villas hosted the wedding party at one, and the family at the second. We would love to make a family vacation at the lake an annual event. We took our 2 daughters and their families to this property for our 1st family vacation. It was awesome. The lake was very child friendly, from our 2 yr old grandson to our 16 yr old granddaughter they had so much fun swimming and playing in the water. The house was well stocked and roomy, I referred to the top floor as "the penthouse" It was a very positive experience for us and we will definitely try to book something for summer of 2013 in the same area.

Great Wautoma Vacation

We stayed at this cottage in June 2012 with our children and grandchildren and had an awesome time. The lake was clear, very warm, and was located just steps away from our cabin. We fished, water skiied, swam, and tubed and the kids absolutely loved it. The golf course was very close, and since we all play golf, we took advantage of playing the course at Two Oaks. (The people there are very friendly too, and always went the extra mile to get us on the course.) The cottage with five bedrooms and 3.5 baths gave us plenty of sleeping room. With the two decks, we could see out onto the lake very easily and could keep an eye on everything going on. Jay was a great host, and we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfull Vacation Cabin

This cabin had plenty of room for our entire family. The water/beach area was clean and great to swim in. The kids really enjoyed catching fish right off the dock. The jetted bathtub was a really nice feature in the cabin and the close proximity to town was handy. This was the second year in a row that we have stayed here and we all had a really great time. The only downfall was that there was not enough parking (you have to share with the cabin next door).

We loved our visit at this cottage, we had 10 children and 5 adults and found the cottage extremely accomodating. We were late in the season so the dock was out of the water but the kids still went swimming and enjoyed the gorgeous lake. We will definately return again. Wautoma also has a great little downtown. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent for large groups

We had 12 people stay for a bachelor party that weekend and it was excellent. There was plenty of room for everyone plus access to the lake and hot tubs. Nobody ever felt cramped and the owners were great.
