Built in 2003, this 4,256 sq/ft. Semi-Oceanfront, Waves - 25223 La Wave Dr. home is just Seconds from the ocean with 10' of ocean frontage! Just one lot back from the ocean, this home offers private access to the ocean. The generous decks with plenty of furniture are available on all three levels of the home and overlook both the ocean and a private swimming pool. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, 1 king with private bath, and one with twins and another with 2 pyramid bunks that share a bath with double vanity. Also on this level is the game room with full sports bar and refrigerator for easy snacking during that rousing game on the pool table, or a game of hoops at the basketball goal. Step outside the game room to the bubbly six person hot tub and the refreshing pool. The second level features 4 king master suites each with TV - 2 of which access directly to the mid-level oceanside deck. The third level features a king master suite with TV, whirlpool and double vanity.
The great room offers entertainment center, gas fireplace, wet bar and loads of windows for great ocean views.
The well equiped kitchen with pantry and double dishwashers will delight the cook in the group and the dining area with cathedral ceiling and large windows provide the perfect atmosphere to enjoy those wonderful fresh seafood meals. THE HAWKINS' FROM VARIOUS CITIES IN NC MET AT THIS GORGEOUS BEACH HOUSE & THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE...BOUNTIFUL ROOM SO ALL OF US COULD BE IN HOUSE W/OUT BEING ON TOP OF EACH OTHER....OLD & YOUNG ALIKE ENJOYED THE POOL & THE POOL TABLE....THE BEDROOMS WERE LARGE & COMFORTABLE W/BATHS ADJOINGING...GREAT KITCHEN AREA W/TWO DISHWASHERS THAT SURE CAME IN HANDY....WE HAD FAMILY AGES SIX THROUGH EIGHTY-ONE....THE ONLY DRAWBACK WAS THE WALK TO THE OCEANFRONT...BUT WITH THE POOL WE ALMOST FORGOT THAT PROBLEM....ATE AT MANY GOOD PLACES ON ISLANDS. APPRECIATE THIS HOUSE BEING MADE AVAILABLE BY THE OWNERS. D. HAWKINS SEVERAL OF US ENJOYING THE DECKS AT NIGHT...WATCHING THE SHOOTING STARS AND LISTENING TO THE MUSIC OF THE OCEAN.
