Welcome to the Aven Estate! Originally built by a miner for his family who knew this beautiful setting would last a lifetime. A delightful hideaway which combines rustic charm and modern amenities. This home is filled with warm, carefully crafted pine to enhance the feeling of the original 1940's structure. It is in a quiet, private setting with delightful gardens and a night sky full of stars.

Comfortable accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes coffee, tea and spices. A quick breakfast or a cozy dinner can be prepared at your leisure while enjoying the peaceful setting. Perfect for couples and families, sleeps 4.

Area Description

Nestled in the foothills along West Weaver Creek, the views are inspiring. At the edge of the historic gold-mining town Weaverville, a short walk can take you out into the woods or to downtown. Your day trips may include hikes on the valley trails or forays into the Trinity Alps, biking, fishing in the lakes and streams, boating, whitewater rafting and leisurely drives through the countryside. Visit the old towns, the Joss House Chinese Temple, Historical Society Museum, art galleries and some specialty stores. Our local restaurants offer a variety of delicious meals.
