The hunting/fishing cabin is approx. 70 yrs. old. Apparently built after WWII buy a Colonel. There is still alot of old Southern pine throughout the cabin. The cabin is 16' x 24' with an attached 8' x8' bathroom. The main room is 16' x 16'. The back room is 8' x 16' with windows on three sides looking over the little lake. The covered front porch is approx. 10' x 14'.It sits on one acre dead end Cul De Sack very private Has all new apliances and cable

Area Description

The cabin is hidden in the woods yet close to every thing you can imagine , shopping, fishing, golfing, beaches, river, attractions, parks, restaurants , all of this 3-10 minutes away yet on a nice tree studded acre with lots of privacy .Water from artesian well is crystal clear and cold.
Citrus County is close by

I checked off as many that I know about, I am new to the area, I am sure that there are many other places of interest
Bush garden 45 minutes, Disney 1.5 hr. Gulf beach 10 minutes
Every type of restaurant you can think of, Crystal river is the best for swimming canoeing, kayaking year round.
