The nice cove makes it a great place for water skiing or jet skiing.Included with the home rental is use of the dock which includes the use of the boat slip. The covered dock is the perfect place for a great bar-b-ques or fish fry.

This private & secluded water front property is located in Southern Putnam County nestled in the middle of Fruitland Cove. Just to the South is Georgetown,this is where the St. Johns River enters Big Lake George. This property is only a short boat ride to Silver Glen Springs, Salt Springs, & the Ocklawaha River One thing that I hear time and again is that Putnam County, is like Florida of yesterday. The Oak canopies, the scenery along the water, the absence of traffic and noise,Putnam County, to many is A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE. From kayaking to fishing, horseback riding to four-wheeling, or hiking to strolling through the many State Parks. Here is what Marjorie Kinnan Rawling had to say. Heavenly Vacation Rental, July 13, 2009

It's often hard to find the perfect vacation rental, but we certainly found a little piece of Heaven when we found the River House. The sunsets were amazing, different each day. The house was furnished beautifully with all the needed ammenities. The owner, Pauline, is a jewel. She is someone you will love forever and she certainly knows how to make you feel welcome and loved. I would highly recommend this rental.

This place is serene, peaceful, beautiful, clean, huge. Wonderful place to fishing. Pauline is the cutest little lady you'd ever meet. We wanted to adopt her!!!!We didn't stay there because we had too many people but plan to in the future.
