The Chalet, nestled in a quiet pine grove setting has an oversized deck with a custom built-in gas grill, a 1200 sq ft playroom equipped with a pool table and a 50 inch TV that walks out to a flagstone patio with outside fireplace and a convenient outside shower.
Other amenities include: Cable TV, Wifi Internet connection, DVD Player, stereo, ceiling fans, loft, cooking utensils, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and a washer and dryer.
All you will need to bring is bed linens, towels and sun screen.

This home is a very comfortable rental with a lot of space for a large family or several couples. Great screened porch for eating meals, wrap around deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Kitchen has adequate supplies for cooking for a large group. Beds were comfortable. Love the outdoor shower off the Master Bedroom. Feels private even though there are other homes in the vicinity. Great access to town, beach and Route 6.

We were disappointed in some things. When we arrived, there was a distinctive, septic odor to the house. I called the owner.....then called him a second time when my husband tried to light the grill and it exploded (singed the hair on his legs and scared the shit out of him). Then the owner sent out the gas guy to shut off the gas to the grill. We had no grill for the week. We were also disappointed that they advertised on your website that there were 2 king beds. There was only one. We managed to put 2 of the twin beds together (it took about an hour to figure it out). And finally, the ac system was not efficient. The small bedroom air conditioning systems kept the bedrooms cool, but the house was sometimes uncomfortably warm, inspite of the ceiling fans. Also, the ac units were extremely noisy as they cycled off and on. The location was good....close to beaches and bike paths and ponds. Kitchen was well stocked and there were games and books to entertain the children. We appreciated that. I would return to the Cape (beatiful), but not to this house. Not having a grill for our beach vacation was a disappointment. The owner was apologetic, but the rest of my family thought that there should have been some king of financial renumeration. The grandchildren had a great time, so that is enough. I wouldn't have written this had you not asked.

We liked the location of the chalet, near of the bicycle trail, the bicycles rental and the ocean. The house was large enough for two families.

This house had everything and was in a great central location to reach the ponds,ocean and bay beaches as well as town. It was very quiet and had a nicely naturally landscaped front yard.
