3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Deck with a view of Wellfleet Harbor. Washer/Dryer. Gas Grill, Indoor-outdoor shower. Mosquito Magnet. Yard with hammocks and screen house. Completely equipped gally kitchen. Walk through yard to harbor beach, over Uncle Tims Bridge to the center of Wellfleet.

Heather Hill is a 'stand-alone' cottage located on the Bayside and is not a 'cottage colony'. Ocean and pond beaches are a 5-minute drive. The village of Wellfleet is quaint, within walking distance and filled with art galleries.

• Deposits: 1/2 of the weekly/monthly rate is due immediatel to gaurantee the requested week with the balance due upon arrival.
   
• Other Fees: A $50/week cleaning fee is required. Also replacement of any broken item(s) is expected. Wellfleet requires a beach sticker at a cost of $50/week.
