Description of the Wellfleet vacation cottage rental
Set back from main highway on quiet back road
2-miles from the ocean , and 2-miles from town's main street.
Indian Neck bay side beach is just a street away on same side of road. Has own laundry , outside shower , and charcoal grill , and nicely landscaped .
May and June months are only $ 800 per week , and even September is a great month to vacation , with a central heating system !

Just a few steps away from the water, in the oldest area of Wellfleet summer homes, is this upgraded jewel of a cottage. Even has instant hot water heater. Sleeps two in affordable comfort. Three or four if children. Great outdoor shower. On big lot, plenty pf parking, fire pit w/ wood, agreeable owner, fully furnished, clean, but most of all a quiet place in the pines. If you're determined to be beachy you'll need to get a beach permit as the nearby beaches are great for boats and kyacks but not so much for sun bathing. ALthough there were alot of little kids with pails having a great time. Screened porch is a plus, wood floors divine, ambiance simple and soothing. We'll be back.
