Description of the Wellfleet vacation cottage rental

A sweet cottage with a picket fence so the yard is completely enclosed. Nice outdoor patio with gas grille & table. If you are looking for a typical Cape house for your vacation, this is definitely it. Butterscotch wood walls feel like the gingerbread cottage! Very close to all Wellfleet beaches, downtown Wellfeet shops & art galleries are only a few minutes drive. The bike path is also very close. The cottage is located just off Rt 6 & with a picket fence you can bring your pet & the kids have room to run & play. The cottage is family oriented & also excellent for couples or even Honeymooners!

Area Description

Wellfleet is an old fishing town with a big tourist problem! Seriously, it is a fairly calm & slow town where people come to relax, go to beaches, stroll the main street & galleries. Truro & Provincetown are a very short drive. Wellfleet Drive- In theatre & movie theatres & flea market are only a few miles away. A seaside vacation area- this is the prefect place to stay.

We have two very young children which can make vactioning... interesting. Wellfleet was the perfect location. It offered a variety of beaches (ocean and bay), ponds, fantastic play escapes, and restaurants. The cottage itself was clean, quaint and met our every need. We especially appreciated the renters' flexibility regarding last minute planning and check-in time. Thank you for helping us create some wonderful "First Cape Cod Vacation" memories!!!
