Description of the Wellfleet vacation cottage rental

This is a delightful, two-story waterfront home overlooking Chipman Cove and the town pier. Watch the sunrise and the sunset each day. It takes only a few minutes to stroll to Burton Baker Beach and down to the breakwater - both lovely, sandy beaches. You can walk along the shore in many directions or bring a kayak and explore the inlets. The view from the front windows is constantly changing, as the tides rise and fall and boats sail by.
The house is clean and in excellent condition. It is nicely furnished and decorated with original artwork, Wellfleet memorabilia, murals and antique menus. The interior of the house is open and airy, with a balcony off the master bedroom. The first floor has a large, open kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a full bath and bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a
washer/dryer and dishwasher. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, bath with shower. The bedrooms are carpeted. There is a double futon in the living room. The is a deck on the bay side of the house, as well as large windows to enjoy the view.
There is off street parking for 2 cars. It is a beautiful spot to spend a vacation.

Area Information

The house is on Chipman Cove, looking over to the Wellfleet Pier. There are many good swimming areas within a few minutes walk. Wellfleet Center, the bike trail, ocean beaches, the Wellfleet drive-in, National Seashore, art galleries, shopping and restaurants are all only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
