Casual Cape-style home is located on a quiet, very low traffic residential street, convenient to Great Pond, bay and ocean beaches. Walk to nearby Dyer pond. The house has a private deck with 2007 furniture to enjoy dining and relaxing outdoor experience.

Main level: enter a cathedral ceilinged living room with nice decorations and comfortable seating. The loft area (not child friendly) provides a quiet place to read and relax. The dining area seats 6 and is open to the kitchen and deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space and a center island cook top. Off the kitchen are a full bath (shower only) and the large master bedroom with wall-to-wall carpet. The bathroom and kitchen have slate floors, and the living areas have Berber-style carpet floors.

Upper level: Wood stairs lead to the upper level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on this level, with another full bath. The bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpet.

Lower level: The washer/dryer are in the basement. High speed Internet is available.

Amenities include: outdoor shower, two large joined decks (16'x16', 12'x12'), TV with CD, VCR, cable, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, iron and board, decorative fireplace, gas grill.

Lovely Cape Cod location, 1 1/2 mi. from Cape Cod Bay, 2 mi from ocean beaches. Area has arts, movies, many restaurants, 15 miles from Provincetown.
