The house, and its very special setting overlooking Wellfleet harbor, convey an atmosphere of beauty , quiet and serenity.

The grounds, in the middle of a pine grove, are beautifully landscaped and planted, mixing rocks, shrubs and trees. A 200ft private path leads to the waterfront from the house.
The presence of the water is seen and felt everywhere.

Inside the house, there are lots of skylights and ceiling fans, oriental rugs and Mexican tiles. The appointments tastefully complement the natural beauty of the environment.

There are decks at each of the house's three levels, and a 2nd floor screened porch. There is also an outside shower,outdoor grill,and parking for 3 cars.

The waterwiews and sunsets are literally breathtaking.

The house sits on a bluff on the Bay side of Wellfleet, overlooking the harbor, Indian Neck, Mayo beach and the Great Island. It is in an exclusive and private area, ideally located to enjoy Wellfleet's beaches, ponds and galleries. There's a 200 ft. private, deeded path to the water.

Indian Neck beach (one of the warmest on the Cape), is just a 10 minutes' walk away, or a 2 minute drive, while downtown Wellfleet and its many art galleries, is another leisurely walk of about 25 minutes.

There are many walks one can take from the house,through pine woods, along country rods, along the beach or marshes...

The house is also close to the Atlantic side beaches, and the freshwater ponds, all less than 10 minutes away.

Finally, Provincetown andits many diverse attractions is about 20 minutes away.
