Set within the trees and surrounded by the neighborhood wildlife, this charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has everything one would need for the perfect Cape Cod vacation, including stunning sunset views across the Wellfleet Bay and a gorgeous stretch of private beach that is just a minute walk from the front door.

The home truly epitomizes the feeling of Cape cod life. The decor is comfortable and welcoming and the structure of the house fits right into its natural surroundings. Much of the top floor is a large open space, consisting of a living room/entertainment area, dining area, an adjoining half bath, and a kitchen with every piece of cookware or gadget that you could ever need. Next to this gathering area is the master bedroom suite. This level's walls are lined with glass doors and large windows, opening up the space to the outside views, sunlight, and wrap around porch that is perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Downstairs are three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique look and feeling. One of the rooms has queen size bed, and is as large as the master suite. The two other rooms each have two twin beds. Also, the lower floor has a full bathroom, laundry room, and the front door that leads to another wrap around deck with an outdoor shower.

Cape Cod as it use to be. Cross over a little wooden bridge onto Lieutenant Island, a residential nature preserve in the town of Wellfleet. Our little island community is surrounded by 1100 acres of Audubon and Wellfleet Bay Wildlife preservation land. This is Cape Cod at its best. When you arrive here there is no reason to leave. With a private bay side beach a minute walk away, bike paths, kayaking, fishing, swimming, and most importantly, peace and quiet, Lieutenant Island has it all including an abundant array of wildlife.

If you decide to venture off the Island, you'll find that the area is full of a wide variety of great restaurants, shops, and activities. Less than 10 minutes from the house is the picturesque town center and harbor of Wellfleet, with a plethora of art galleries, fun shops, and fresh food markets. Don't miss the Art Gallery Stroll every Saturday afternoon and stop in at one of the fine restaurants and have some world famous Wellfleet Oysters.

And for a day of fun in the sun, Wellfleet has a beautiful stretch of public ocean side beach, part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, equipped with restrooms and lifeguards. The Shore offers a great opportunity for body and board surfing, boogie boards, frisbee, kite flying, and of course swimming.

The deposit is not applied toward rent. However it is fully refundable within (14) departure days provided all terms of lease have been met. Advanced Payment(Half of Rent) and Security /Damage Deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. Balance of Rental Payment due 14 day prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning Fee is included. Extra cleaning fee to be discussed if pets are brought into home or any special needs.
