Secluded by pines and oaks, this architect-designed spacious, light and bright home is comprised of two stories and a third level that has a completely private sundeck with a water view. The second level--at tree height--is an open floor plan featuring huge windows or glass doors on all sides.

Ten minutes by bike will take you to National Seashore Park's historic Marconi site and to the safe Cape Cod Rail Trail that runs from Dennis to Provincetown.

Ten minutes by car will bring you to the first of Wellfleet's magnificent ocean
beaches and ponds, Maguire's Landing on LeCount Hollow Road. With a little additional time one can go to any of the National Seashore beaches in Eastham, go to Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary or to the Park's main headquarters for special programs, ranging from day camp to gentle walks, kayak trips, sunset sails or marsh explorations.

Fifteen minutes to the center of Wellfleet puts numerous art galleries, shops and a range of restaurants, carry-outs, fresh fish and produce and a five-star library with wi-fi are at your disposal. Lectures, concerts, theater, a weekly square dance and numerous recreation programs for kids round out the area offerings. In addition the beautiful harbor town offers boat and bike rentals.

Nearby Provincetown offers much of the same, including whale watching and easy commuting to Boston via express ferry. Planes leave from here and from Hyannis in many directions, as do buses and train.
