The modern wing, all on the first floor, includes a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer, a huge family room with fireplace and second dining table, a full bath and a large master bedroom (with queen bed) (sleeping 2) lined with bookshelves and with a separate entrance. Outside a large recently built bunkhouse is perfect for children/teens and can sleep 2-4 comfortably. A large patio covered by a beautiful grape arbor, a large picnic table and lawn furniture under the oak trees offer pleasant spots for informal relaxing and entertaining. The quiet wooded South Wellfleet location offers easy access to several ocean beaches (e.g. Cahoon Hollow, Newcomb Hollow, and Lecount Hollow) and fresh water ponds (e.g. Duck Pond, Gull Pond) via foot paths through the woods or via bicycle/car without having to venture out on Route 6.
