The comfy home has amazing views from the hill it sits on. A large deck runs the back of the house with plenty of furniture for lounging. The gas grill is great for barbeques. An unenclosed outdoor shower is nice for showering off after a day at the beach. The open living space is nicely furnished and three cozy bedrooms sleeps up to 6 people. This is our second year staying for a week at this property. There are views of salt marshes from the front and back of the house. Also, a great walk from the house to along the salt marsh. The house is well kept, has high ceilings, the upper bedroom has a great view, a skylight, small deck, and is good sized. The kitchen is a good size, very well organized and is much better furnished than our place. The back yard has a wonderful garden. There is a sun porch (glassed in) which is great for breakfast. In the evening we ate outside on the deck because it was cooler. Has TV, wireless internet, phones all over the place. I am very sensitive to mold but this place is great, which is difficult on the cape. - love the place and hope to be back next year.
