Description of the Wellfleet vacation home rental

clean home with spacious screened-in-porch located off of the living room. in addition has an outdoor deck that runs the length of the house. located on quiet dead end street and is between mayo beach and downtown, 1/2 mile either direction. many updates. one queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the other 2 bedrooms. ample parking. kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans you'll need, including a lobster pot and crackers.
amenities include: gas grill, microwave, coffeepot, dishwasher, toaster oven, flat screen tv, washer/dryer.

Area Information

this town has it all! take a walk to mayo beach, wellfleet harbor actor's theatre, numerous art galleries in town, fine restaurants, town pier for fishing trips, oysters, ice cream, tennis courts, or a playground. take a short drive to one of 4 town ocean beaches, or national seashore's marconi beach, chequessett neck country club, one of the kettle ponds, the wellfleet drive-in/ flea market, the infamous beachcomber, rail trail for bicycling, the audubon society wildlife sanctuary, duck harbor for the sunset.

Cozy, clean and close to everything!

This home was absolutely perfect for our weeklong trip. The house is located close to town and the harbor and has just about everything you need. The furniture is comfortable and the screened in porch was great for dining and relaxing! We would absolutely rent this property again.
