Our Vacation home in Wellfleet, a much loved home, is a contemporary Cape Cod home, 1 1/2 stories.It is available for wkly rental, discounted for multiple weeks and off season.
It is well maintained, well decorated, furnished and equipped, very airy, with cathedral ceilings. It sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 BRs with 2 full baths,(MBR upstairs) kitchen, living room with a FP, a sun room, basement, and deck

Area Description

Our Vacation home is located in the breathtaking Indian Neck Beach area of Wellfleet, known for its fabulous sunsets, setting over the pristine dunes......We are set up on a small breezy hill, a quiet cul de sac ..just a walk along the shore to town, pier, restaurants, gallery openings, shops, library, concerts, theatre.. Chipman Cove is open to public shellfishing..sailing etc ..the bay beach is a walk away..kettle ponds are an easy bike or ride.. as are ocean beaches and the Wellfleet Auduborn...there is plenty to do and see... precious memories can be made here..the Islands and Boston are only a day trip away..

This was a very nice house, larger inside than it looks from the outside. The neighborhood was quiet, but convenient to getting to town and out to other areas on the end of the Cape.
