NEW HOUSE COMPLETED 2010. Waterfront beach house with incredible sunsets and a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. Very secluded, set between sand dunes with large decks and private stairs to the beach.
Area Information
Lieutenant's Island is a mile long private island accessable by bridge. It is mostly wooded with dirt roads that are excellent for hiking and exploring. Route 6 is just a mile away. Restaurants, shopping, golf and many other attractions are all nearby, within 5 - 25 minutes.

Planning for the Tide
July 21, 2012
The house was clean, fresh and very nice. The steps down to the beach are a bit long. You also need to plan for the high tides when you are getting to/from the house -- we got stranded once.
