NEW HOUSE TO BE COMPLETED MAY 2009. Waterfront beach house with incredible sunsets and a panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. Very secluded, set between sand dunes with large decks and private stairs to the beach.
Lieutenant's Island is a mile long private island accessable by bridge. It is mostly wooded with dirt roads that are excellent for hiking and exploring. Route 6 is just a mile away. Restaurants, shopping, golf and many other attractions are all nearby, within 5 - 25 minutes.
