The property consists of a large luxurious efficiency guest suite that can comfortably accomodate 2 adults, complete with a large bedroom area, a living area with a pull out queen sofa bed, T.V, kitchen, washer/dryer & wireless internet all nestled among lush foliage overlooking the grassy pastures and show jumping arena. It is tranquilly located in the heart of Wellington's equestrian community next to the world famous Wellington Equestrian Festival yet close to all the shopping malls, clubs, restraunts, beaches & cultural centers.

Area Description

Wellington is the equestrian capital of the U.S.A hosting the famous Wellington Equestrian Festival during the months of January, February & March in which top riders from all over the world compete in various Equestrain events. It also hosts the largest Polo tournaments at the International Polo Club in which the best Polo players from all over the world participate, January through April of each year, culminating with the U.S. Open Championship.
It is located in Palm Beach County in South Florida an hour from Miami, 40 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and 2 and a half hours drive from Orlando & Disney.
The beautiful Palm Beaches are about a 25 minute drive along with all it's cultural activities, clubs & restraunts. There are several Malls within a 10 to 30 minute drive.

The single family home & the Efficiency Suite are available seperately or a combination of Suite plus 2 guest rooms in the home from April to November. From December to April they are only available WITH the Farm & Stables as a package for WEF.
Owner available on site for airport pickup, sightseeing, tours etc.
