Beautiful spacious home located in the heart of Wellington on 3/4 acre with a fully fenced back yard. 3.5 miles to WEF and 10 minutes to IPC. Quiet neighborhood with home at the end of a cul-de-sac.

All the comforts of home in my home with over 2700 sq ft of air conditioned comfort. 3 large bedrooms plus office and 2.5 baths. U-shaped home with every room overlooking 16x30 heated pool. Patio overlooks lovely pool and luscious backyard. A great spot to relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a dip in the pool.

Spacious master bedroom with king size bed has large master bath that let's you enjoy a soaking tub and large tiled shower with a built in bench surrounded by a lush private courtyard. 2 & 3rd bedrooms with queen beds are very large with lots of closet space. Kitchen features a island range and 6 foot countertop for eating a quick meal. Comfy new sleeper sofa (2 sleepers) lets you accomodate up to 4 extra guests.

Beautiful Palm Beach beaches are only 25 minutes away. West Palm Beach International Airport, the Florida Turnpike and I-95 are within an easy 15-20 minute drive.

Area Description

Home is conveniently located in the heart of Wellington. Just a 5-7 minute drive to WEF and 10-15 minutes to IPC. Several grocery stores within a mile as well as Starbucks, restaurants, salons and shopping. Activities for children include top rated Lion Country Safari (3rd best zoo in the country!!), West Palm Beach Zoo and Children's Science Center.
