A golf cart is included during seasonal rentals for easy transporation/access to the Winter Equestrian Show Grounds.

No matter if you enjoy the beach, participating in or attending equestrain events, playing golf or shopping at the finest stores, our vacation home is close to everthing in the Palm Beach area!!

There are plenty of patio chairs available poolside as well as 2
wooden decks for you to get the perfect Florida tan (bring your sun-

You're a short 25 minute drive from the Beach where you can enjoy
the Atlantic Ocean swimming, snorkeling or even scuba diving or
boating. There are plenty of golf courses that are open
to the public within minutes of the house.

If you enjoy shopping, the huge 2-story Wellington Green Mall is
less than 5 minutes away. City-Place and Clematis Street (a true
Palm Beach experience and enjoy all types of night-life) are less
than 25 minutes away. The Kravis Center (concerts all year long) is
about the same distance. Palm Beach and Worth Avenue (near where
Mr. Trump was married) is about 30 minutes away. Lion Country
