Description of the Wells vacation apartment rental

Studio apartment with two select comfort beds and private deck. Lots of sunshine, near Wells Nature Reserve. Approx. one mile from beaches, close to all restaurants and plenty of shopping.Air conditioned apartment is complete with everything you need to enjoy a peaceful vacation.
**Extra single fold up bed is available upon request.

Area Information

Wells has two beaches, plenty of shopping in town as well as Outlet shopping in Kittery ( approx. 15 minutes away).
Kennebunckport is only a few miles up the road as well.
Many restaurants to chose from within a mile of the apartment. Seafood and fried clams at Mikes Clam Shack or breakfast at the world famous MAINE DINER.
Enjoy Nature at its best at the Wells Reserve or just watch the birds from your private deck.

Very nice place to rest

My son and I had a very nice time in this little loft. It was clean with everything we needed for a week. Close to all the beaches and seafood. We visited all the villages and beaches from Old Orchard to Kittery. Definitely we would recommand this oasis and will come back. Thank you for the best vacation possible with a teen

We really enjoyed our time and it was perfect for my wife, my young son and myself. You can use the fridge, the microwave, a BBQ, a TV etc... The owner took the time to ask us if everything is fine.

What a bargain! The place is clean and comfortable, beds and furniture. It has laundry facilities and excellent parking. Great location. Near all beaches and restaurants. The owner Bob, is a great guy, very accommodating. My husband and I had a great time. Would rent again.

Couldn't have been better

I thoroughly enjoyed the warm and harmonious atmosphere of this comfortable little place during my six weeks in Wells. Location is excellent, walking distance from the library for internet use, as well as several restaurants and a grocery store. Anything else I could easily access as the house is right on the trolley line. The owners have mastered the art of being helpful yet not intrusive, which I particularly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend it, and would certainly stay there again myself.
