Description of the Wells vacation apartment rental

Sunny, spacious two bedroom apartment.One bedroom has queen size select comfort bed, and a twin size cot. The second bedroom has three twin size beds( TWO CAN BE PUT TOGETHER TO FORM KING SIZE BED) and two twin size cots are available.The apartment has a living room,dinning room combination and a eat in kitchen with a dish washer. One bedroom is on second floor but the rest of apartment is first floor.Second floor bedroom is AIR CONDITIONED.
FIVE MINUTES TO THE BEACH,RESTAURENTS,AND GIFT SHOPS.Fifteen minutes to Kittery Outlet shopping area.One full bath,one half bath.
WASHER/DRYER AVAILABLE.

Area Information

Drakes Island beach,Wells Beach, Maine dinner just down the road.Trolley stop A short distance from the house to take you anywhere in Wells.

Welcome home

What a lovely place to rent if you are looking for a stress free vacation. The house is welcoming as soon as you walk in and make yourself at home. The area it is in has everything you would want to do within a short car ride or trolley ride if you don,t want to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the house. With five of us and our family that we were visiting there we had plenty of room for enjoyable visits and places for the grandson to move around. We're definitely, looking at Ocean Breeze 2 as a new destination getaway.

WONDERFUL RELAXING VACATION

January 7, 2012

My husband and I found this rental to be one of the best we have spent time in. Yes it is right off RT1 but we were not bothered by traffic noise. Sitting out back after a busy day was so relaxing. The property manager was so helpful and a joy to talk with. The apt. was extremely well stocked and furnishings were comfortable. Very clean. We would recommend this rental and plan to return in 2012.

Charming apartment for summer vacation

August 16, 2011

The apartment was centrally located near shopping, restaurants and the beach and very well stocked with everything we needed. My husband and I stayed with our two small children. There was plenty of room and sleeping space for us, more than I expected. We appreciated all the videos for the kids and the games. The grill and the table in the yard were wonderful. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come visit Maine again. Also, the propery manager was very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Comfortable Maine cottage-apt

We just got back from our stay in this comfortable, well furnished, bright and roomy apt. situated in a Maine house built around 1860. Close to everything, situated on Route 1, a bit busy but it quiets down in evening. Stocked with sufficient bath and beach towels etc. Nice back yard area with shade for evening cocktail hour. Comfortable beds, large living- dining room. We loved our stay, what can I say more...Great place for adults , or family with very young baby. A short drive to beaches like the one on Drakes Island next door, but our favorite is the Footbridge area of Ogunquit beach off Ocean dr (on left of Rte 1 towards Ogunquit).
