Description of the Wells vacation condo rental

Top floor condo suite at Village By The Sea Hotel for rent by owner. Five rooms, 1250 sq.ft. of space overlooking the Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserve tidal waterway. Private deck. Close to sandy beaches. Living room with queen size sleepsofa, cable TV with DVD/VCR, skylight, cathedral ceiling, and excellent views.Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds, en suite bath, cable TV with remote. Tidal waterway wildlife refuge views.Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.Dining room with seating for 6. Large second bedroom with king bed, cathedral ceiling, and remote cable TV. Second bath and washer/dryer. Private deck. Free local and 800 telephone calls and WIFI Internet service.

OPEN YEAR ROUND. Peak season rates $1400+7% lodging tax.

SPECIAL - early summer from June 22 - July 5. 2012 only $975 per week!
SPECIAL - late summer from August 24 - Sept. 6, 2012 - $880 week!

Area Information

Located conveniently between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Near area sandy beaches. Lots of great restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, whale watching, sailing, lobster boat tours. Local trolley stops at driveway. Situated on 11 acres and includes an indoor pool with jacuzzi, outdoor pool in season, Bocci ball court, game room and fitness room.

Condo filled with art

Nice view. Near the lobster pound. Fridge and cupboards full of things you usually have to buy. We ate in the kitchen instead of the dining room because we prefered the view.

We recently stayed at the above mentioned rental unit at the Village by the Sea in Wells, Maine. We had great accomodations. Enjoyed the privacy, the beautiful deck, great space...We had a baby with us and the condo was quiet for napping and sleeping; it was clean and convenient. We would love to stay there again!!

We really like the site. Nice setup, we had almost everything we need. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Every one had his space. The balcony and the view was wonderful. Il will probably make another visit.
