Holiday weekend

Nine of us spent the long holiday weekend here. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed watching sunrises from the dining room table in the morning and great home cooked dinners at night after a long day of sightseeing. The location is great, not far from attractions and the beach right outside the door. There was space for everyone, no crowding, and we all had a great time. We will recommend this house to anyone who wants to spend time in Maine.

Wonderfully relaxing vacation

We had our girls weekend at this beach-side location and we couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. The weather was perfect and the location is amazing. The view when you first walk into the rental is unbelievable. There are windows that overlook the beach/ocean in several rooms, including a wall of windows in the adjoining living room and dining room. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and the views were amazing inside and out. There was a great deck next to the beach that had a gas firepit that we used at night that was really nice. There were also numerous chairs to take down onto the beach. This is definitely a place I’d love to come back to again for another vacation.

Great Family Rental Right on the Beach!

This property is wonderful. It is right on the beach - literally - in the sand in just a few steps! Very convenient to Wells Center (eat, drink, catch the Trolley). Wonderful place for family reunions, or even a few families. First floor is main living area with glorious views of the ocean that greet you each morning (3bdrm/1bth). Plenty of room for 14 people. Beautiful pine upstairs (4bdrms/1bth) and downstairs is 2 living areas with a large dining area with table for 12 and another one for 8, so plenty of seating. Dishwasher, washer, dryer - all musts at the beach! Each night we were out at the firepit on our patio telling stories and making memories. Needs a bit of TLC, but the Owners told us they would be doing some remodeling this year - but even "as is" - it was GREAT! If you're thinking you can't stay right on the beach - you can. Highly recommend it - you won't be disappointed.
