Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

2 yr.old beautiful 2 bedroom cottage,sleeps 5. 1w/Queen
1w/twin bunk over double,sleep sofa in livingroom. All new furniture,tile throughout except bedrooms. Ceiling fans,fully applianced kitchen,large enclosed porch with oversized windows with blinds, full bath, washer/dryer in cottage, heat/AC,linens and gas grill.Large living area with a Contemporary styling.

Paper products,toiletries,linens provided.

Ask about credit card payments.

Rates are considerably less than renting directly
with Summer Village.

Located in Summer village Rt1 in Wells.

Minutes from all area beaches with the local trolley
stop at the front of the complex.Beaches of Ogunquit
rated within the top 10 in the country.

Summer Village has a summer activities program including
water activities/crafts/organized sports for adults and children.Entertainment at the outdoor pavilion can include barbecue,farmers market,musical shows, and the large outdoor movie theater runs baseball games and movies all summer.On site there are 3 pools and 2 kiddies,a fitness
center with sauna, bocce,basketball,tennis,playgrounds,
computer room,arcade for children, outdoor pavilion,baseball diamond and an on site trolley.

While an active family community during the day.. Summer
Village is quiet at night perfect after a long day at
the beach.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and equiped for anything and everything. We would love to stay here again. The village was family friendly yet quiet and peaceful. It allowed us to have a very relaxing week, and our kids had a blast. Great location.

This was a long needed vacation and Summer Village was the perfect spot. The cottage and complex have a true resort feel and with so activities. The cottages added extras made us feel so at home for the week.
