We've been at Beach Dream Cottages for the first time and we appreciate it! This cottage was perfect for my familily(5) with a well equiped kitchen and space for everyone... We will return next summer for sure...

Awesome beach vacation

Excellent hosts..there wasn't any request a guest could ask for that went unmet. Property owners on site and are a joy. Comfort, convenience, location, relaxation and laughter abound. Immaculate pent house with a kitchen that offers all necessities to cook any meal and lovely dishes and glassware to accompany it.Cook your lobsters in and savor the moment at home! A 15 minute walk to anywhere you want to be; a bit of a stretch to walk with little ones to the beach. Extremely comfortable beds, full size washer/dryer and deck. Window air conditioners sufficient but those sleeping in the living room on the pullout are chilly while those in the bedrooms are a bit warm. Decor that is whimsical and makes you smile. Thanks gentlemen for your hospitality, professionalism and sense of humor.

Nice place in quiet gated neighborhood

The house was newer then anticipated and well kept. We were happy to have a lot of inclusions like beach and bathroom towels as well as sheets for all beds. All appliances were working fine (frige, stove, washer/dryer, BBQ) and AC was just good enough to keep us comfortable at night. Somewhat desappointed by the distance to the beaches (at least 1. 5 miles). Also, some kitchen basic stuff should have been available (towel dishes, tablecloth, cutting board). But overall, very happy about our stay and we are keeping this rental option as a potential for future vacation.

The property was very functional and pleasant. The pool and the club house in the gated community were handy. The property was not close to the beach but was within a reasonable distance. Walking would have been a bit of a hike. It was right off Route 1 and was accessible to many sights and destinations. Overall, we were satisfied with it.
