Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

Studio cottage at oceans edge. Panoramic ocean views. Seven miles of white sand. Cottage has been renovated, all new interior. Enjoy a little luxury on the beach. spend the day on the beach and be comfortable at night while listening to the waves crash just outside the door. Perfect for a couple or couple and one child. This cottage is one of seven. Please note limited to 3 occupants not including babies that sleep in a crib. No pets is striclty inforced. No smoking inside or outside on common grounds including the beach in front of the cottage.
Interior is all new with all new furnishings
Full kitchen with dishwasher
corian "beach glass" countertops,
glass floor tiled bath with rainfall shower,
murphy wall bed with premium queen mattress,
sliding glass doors looking out to the beach.
Outdoor shower,
All linens including beach towels is supplied
2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards supplied
"We so enjoyed your piece of Heaven. The sunrise an awesome sight, the moon glimmering on the ocean, the sound of the surf a lullaby to carry you off to sleep. Towels were luxurious, sheets scrumptous.
Here I felt like I could breathe again, reconnect with the beauty in this too hectic world. I have just one question for you. How am I supposed to ever leave'"

 What a delightful cottage, October 15, 2008

My husband and I just returned from Moody Beach after spending 8 nights. Stayed on Moody Beach for years with our sons but this time is was just the 2 of us and the cottage was perfect. Tastefully redone,at the beach's edge with the ocean just feet away. Linens and towels and chairs supplied were great. We plan to return next year, hopefully in May and October.

The place was immaculate. Property description IS NOT misrepresented. Be ready for minimal space. Would recommend the property and we will be going back.
