Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

Studio cottage at oceans edge. Panoramic ocean views. Seven miles of white sand. Cottage has been renovated, all new interior. Enjoy a little luxury on the beach. spend the day on the beach and be comfortable at night while listening to the waves crash just outside the door. Perfect for a couple or couple and one child. This cottage is one of seven. Please note limited to 3 occupants not including babies that sleep in a crib. No pets is striclty inforced. No smoking inside or outside on common grounds including the beach in front of the cottage.
Interior is all new with all new furnishings
Full kitchen with dishwasher
corian "beach glass" countertops,
glass floor tiled bath with rainfall shower,
murphy wall bed with premium queen mattress,
sliding glass doors looking out to the beach.
Outdoor shower,
All linens including beach towels is supplied
2 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards supplied

So close to the beach...

Great sunrises, great moonrises, getting to sleep every night to the sound of the waves! Beeing so close to such a spectacular beach is the greatest asset of this mini-cottage. The interior is really quite small (it reminded us of a trip we made in a Westfalia type van), but an impressive job has been made especially in maximizing the kitchen space. Maybe not fully adequate, though, for seniors who like to take an afternoon nap, because you have to move the table and the sofa away in order to get the Murphy bed down. All in all, a great experience!

Paradise

A tiny slice of paradise by the ocean. My hubby & I stayed in cabin #6 the last week in August. We were lucky the weather was amazing, but we also totally enjoyed Debra's little cottage. The place is tiny, but so nicely renovated and the space is optimal it truly was a love nest. Very well located on a beautiful beach. Highly recommended but max. 2 people!

What a delightful cottage

My husband and I just returned from Moody Beach after spending 8 nights. Stayed on Moody Beach for years with our sons but this time is was just the 2 of us and the cottage was perfect. Tastefully redone,at the beach's edge with the ocean just feet away. Linens and towels and chairs supplied were great. We plan to return next year, hopefully in May and October.
