Come and relax at the Cottages of Summer Village in a newer free standing two bedroom cottage featuring high ceilings, central air conditioning and heat, Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, stackable washer and dryer in the cottage, all new furnishings, private gas grill and wonderful amenities within the complex.

This brand new community has an adult pool with spa, 2 family pools, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, 2 play areas for children, outdoor movie theater, shuffleboard, basketball court, activity program for children 6-12 free of charge, baseball field and putting green coming this fall The facility also is a gated complex featuring an on-site property management team, fitness center with men/women locker rooms, sauna, a great room with a huge fireplace for socializing, a computer/internet room, a game room with arcade and more!

There is also a new internal trolley which will deliver you to any part of the Village (no need to drive!) Also,the Wells Trolley will take you to Wells, Ogunquit, York, The Kennybunks, several other beach communities and other great locations. One of the areas most popular beach is just minutes from the resort.

Don't hesitate renting this property. It is fabulous. The location was perfect. It is on Route 1 but was set back and wooded enough to be very quiet. We even saw a red fox one morning! Being a gated community gave us an added sense of security. Since we were there in September we didn't get to use all of the facilities but it would be wonderful for a summer vacation as well. All of our day trips were within an hour, with most being within minutes. After a long day of sight seeing it felt good to come back there in the evening. The cottage itself was updated and modern but still cozy. VERY clean and comfortable. Loved the sun porch!

We ( 2 Adult Couples) spent a week at Summer Village and would strongly recommend this location for vacation. The community is safe, quiet and very well groomed. We had everything we could possibly need in a cottage rental and more. We had a great vacation and plan to go back next year

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Village. This cottage provided a very cozy atmosphere which our children loved! The playground and pools were a huge hit and of course the trolley was fun! Nicely situated and close to many of the shops and sites in Wells/Ogunquit. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to vacation in a safe and comfortable setting. Just loved the cottage- beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at Summer Village. The amenities were enjoyed, especially by the kids (pool, playground, game room). Summer Village is in a GREAT location: close to several villages and beaches, and only a little over an hour to the mountains. The cottage was cozy and clean. The sunroom was enjoyed the most!

We had a wonderful time here. The cottage was full of classy touches, seemed much more like a resort than just a cottage.The activities were varied so there was something for all ages. WE felt safe letting our kids travel around on the trolley inside the gated community and the accessibility to local beaches was great. We would recommend this little piece of heaven to families looking for an all inclusive vacation spot. Kids 16ish and under would really have a good time.
