Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

This gated location near several beaches is located in Wells Maine. This resort style complex boasts a ton of ammenities like, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 childrens playgrounds, bocce court, putting green, fitness center, aracade, sauna with locker room, outside movie screen, pavillion that has weekend entertainment along with our own free trolly that rides throught the complex so no walking is needed.

These spacious 700 sq ft air conditioned cottages have granite countered kitchens with dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, all the dishes, pots and pans you will need. We also have a sunroom with a TV, 2 bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. The cottages have 2 TV total along with a Queen Size Sleep Sofa in the sunroom. The rate shown is for 5 people. We can accomidate 6 but it would be an additional amount. Please ask us the cost before booking.

Area Information

Located within 2 miles of Ogunquit Beach, Wells Beach, Moody Beach, Footbridge Beach, Drakes Island Beach. We have a local trolly stop right outside our complex that can take you to several surrounding towns and beaches for under $2.00. NO CAR NEEDED!

Just down the street are the outlets in Kittery Maine. In a 5-8 mile radius you can visit the beautiful town of Ogunquit. The quaint town of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport where president Bush still vacations and has a home. York beach with it's Nubble Lighthouse is always a great take.

Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way are world famous. Just around the corner is The Ogunquit Playhouse. Come see all your favorite plays and shows with Hollywood stars.

So much to do in and around Wells Maine you'll always come back for more.

Deposits: We email you a contract. You sign and return with a 50% deposit. If you cancel within 31 days of your arrival you will receive your deposit back less a 20% fee of the total rental amount. If cancelled 30 days or less, no refund will be given. A $400 security deposit is needed when reserving your date.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Other Fees: Add 7% to rates for Maine Tax. We do take credit cards listed but there will be a 2.5% charge on any credit card amount. This is a fee we get charged from the credit card company. Security Deposits can not been done on a credit card.

Our units do not include linens in the rates quoted. We supply Pillows, Blankets, Bedspreads. If you would like for us to provide Towels & Linens there would be a $75 additional fee.

Awesome Family Vacation

We stayed at Summer Village for the first time this summer. It was awesome. There was a playground, basketball court and swimming pool right behind our cottage. Perfect for the kids. It was nice to be close to the playground with our kids ages 2, 6 & 9. The cottages are newer and very clean with everything you need!

Although the cottage shown in the picture was not available for the week we needed, the owner had another equally wonderful cottage in the same complex. Everything went perfectly, the cottage was beautiful and the complex had all the amenities we wanted; heated pool, hot tub, good walking. As this was off-season, the complex was very quiet, we sometimes felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely rent in this complex again. The owner we rented from was very professional, and we had no problems whatsoever.

A:We are roughly 1 mile to several beaches. There is also a trolley stop right outside our complex that for $1.5 can take you anywhere in Wells.

A:We do all our own rentals, clean our own rentals, and always make sure you will have a clean and comfortable stay. Some people show up to other cottages with not the best results. We take pride in what we offer.
