Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

This gated resort is located only 1.5 miles from 3 beaches in southern seacoast town of Wells Maine. This resort style complex boasts a ton of ammenities like, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 childrens playgrounds, bocce court, putting green, fitness center, aracade, sauna with locker room, outside movie screen, pavillion that has weekend entertainment along with our own free trolly that rides throught the complex so no walking is needed.

This spacious 700 sq ft air conditioned cottages has granite countered kitchen with dishwasher, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, all the dishes, pots and pans you will need. We also have a sunroom with a TV, 2 bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. Master has a King Size bed while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds.The cottages have 3 TV's along with a Queen Size Sleep Sofa in the sunroom. Prices shown are for 5 people. WE can accomidate 6 but will cost an additional amount. Please email for rate on 6.

Area Information

Take the trolley or bike to Ogunquit Beach, Wells Beach, Footbridge Beach, Moody Beach, Drakes Island Beach. No Car Needed!

Just down the street are the outlets in Kittery Maine. In a 5-8 mile radius you can visit the beautiful town of Ogunquit. The quaint town of Kennebunk and Kennebunkport where president Bush still vacations and has a home. York beach with it's Nubble Lighthouse is always a great take.

Perkins Cove and The Marginal Way are world famous. Just around the corner is The Ogunquit Playhouse. Come see all your favorite plays and shows with Hollywood stars.

So much to do in and around Wells Maine you'll always come back for more.

Deposits: We email you a contract. You sign and return with a 50% deposit. If you cancel within 31 days of your arrival you will receive your deposit back less a 20% fee of the total rental amount. If cancelled 30 days or less, no refund will be given. A $400 security deposit is needed when reserving your date.

Other Fees: Add 7% to rates for Maine Tax. We do take credit cards listed but there will be a 2.5% charge on any credit card amount. This is a fee we get charged from the credit card company. Security Deposits can not been done on a credit card.

great stay at Summer Village #226

My family had a great stay at #226 in Summer Vilage. The activities were great for the kids. The location is close to all yhe activities in the area, but situated back so uou dont feel like you ar right on Route. The unit was clean, warm, and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the grill was great for cooking out when we didn't want to go out to another restaurant. We would definately stay again. Andrea (the owner) was very easy to deal with and answered questions quickly.

Summer Village The Best of Maine

Summer Village is a wonderful vacation spot with numerous activities located on the property. Summer Village is located just minutes from several beautiful beaches on the Atlantic. The restaurant selection is endless as is the shopping in an around Ogunquit,Wells and Kennybunk is great. Arcadia National Park is a few hours away but worth the ride. It's probably best to stay in Bar Harbour for the night. Have a great vacation!!
