Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

This cottage's setting is in a Prime location toward the front of Beach Dreams Beautiful Gated Community Resort, Unit # 313, is in a quiet area with only 3 other cottages in the village near the front gate for quick and easy access and closer to the beaches. One of the most beautiful locations at Beach Dreams with beautiful flower gardens surrounding all 4 cottages AND you can walk to Moody Beach in about 10 minutes. Plus only a short walk to the Rec Hall & large pool, Cottage has hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in bedrooms and family room, carpeted three-seasoned screen/glass room, 2-bedrooms - The first bedroom has a Full bed. The second bedroom has a Day Bed similiar to the one in the photo with trundle under that you can make into two twin beds or a King size bed.
It has a full bath,and two pull out sofas. AC and electic heat if needed. Plenty of room, open concept summer cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably.
Our renters have given us rave reviews and love the private setting. They have left beautiful messages in our "Guest Book".

Area Information

The summer resort has three swimming pools,kiddie pool, hot tub & recreation building with work out area, snack bar and much more !!
Amenities at the resort include bocce, tennis, and recreation hall with video game room, pool table, snack bar & supervised, movie nights for children.
Area is great for walking, biking or taking the trolley, which stops at the front of Beach Dreams and makes various stops throughout Wells and Ogunquit.
Many Mini-Golf courses around also.
