Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental

This brand new, two bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people and is . It is perfect for families or couples with a full kitchen, open living space and three season screened porch. Linens and kitchen supplies are all included, just bring yourselves and the food! Our cottage also comes equipped with a private gas BBQ grill and allows access to the Beach Dreams community outdoor heated pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi. For your enjoyment there is also an onsite exercise facility as well as gaming and activity areas. As an added bonus, you can also enjoy all the amenities of the Ne'r Beach Motel which includes outdoor heated pool, shuffleboard, BBQ/picnic area and an even shorter half mile walk to Moody-Ogunquit Beach.

Centrally located in Wells/Moody, our cottage is minutes from many area beaches, Ogunquit, York, the Kennebunks and their many local attractions. Come enjoy all that Southern Maine has to offer in our new, comfortably furnished cottage nestled in the quiet Beach Dreams community. You won't be disappointed.

Area Information

Our cottage which is nestled in the private, quiet Beach Dreams community is conveniently located on Route 1 in Wells, ME and is within walking distance of the beautiful Moody Beach. If you like to explore, you're just a short Trolley ride (stops located at property entrance and across Route 1) to Wells and Crescent Beaches, the stunning scenery of the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, and many more local sights and attractions.

In the heart of Southern Maine's coastal communities, you will have easy access to both Kennebunkport and Ogunquit's bustling shopping and dining scenes, or if you prefer, the historic cities of Portland, ME and Portsmouth, NH are both convenient day trips away.
