Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental
THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!
Side by side cottages- one side with 2 bedrooms and one side with 4 bedrooms. Something for everyone!
Left side of duplex is a cute, clean cottage with 2 bedrooms and1 bath just a short walk to beautiful Moody Beach. Outside is a deck with table and BBQ, clothesline to hang the wet bathing suit, and parking for 2 cars.
The kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The living room has cable color TV. Fans are also provided.
This cottage is just 3 houses back from Ocean Ave. Sometimes when the wind is too much at the beach it is just perfect for sunning on the deck. Close enough to walk "home" to grab a bite to eat or use the bathroom.
The right side of this duplex is a clean, comfortable and roomy 4 bedroom beach house with screened in porch. There is a clothesline, picnic table and gas grill in the back yard. The kitchen/livingroom has cable color TV, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and fans available. This side has 3 full size beds and 3 twin beds along with a bathroom with shower.

Area Information
Moody Beach is a beautiful small community just 15 minutes from Ogunquit (south) and about 20 minutes from Kennebunkport (north). Moody Beach connects to Ogunquit beach so if you are up for a walk head south on the beach and you will walk to Ogunquit.
There are many boutiques, art galleries, antique stores, and restaurants withing a short walk or ride from Moody Beach. If you want to leave the car at home you can hop the trolly nearby which will take you to many fun stops in Wells or Ogunquit (Perkins Cove) where you can spend the day. You can also take in a play at the well known Ogunquit Play House!
Moody Beach is close to everything. There is a community center and small play ground just 4 houses west where kids can slide, swing, climb, or play a game of basketball.
Moody Beach has many activities throughout the year. There are July 4th beach games, sandcastle contests, neighborhood yard sales and more.
