Description of the Wells vacation cottage rental
A one floor, two bedroom Wells cottage, located in the Gated Community of Ocean Haven East. The cottage has a large deck spanning the length of the cottage in the front, the grey wood paneling and gardens give it a calm and soothing atmosphere. The cottage is approximately 1 mile from Wells Beach. The panoramic view from the deck showcases the beautiful marsh, coast, and Mile road. The cottage is decorated in soft and cool colors inside adding to the seine and joyful nature. There is a pool less than 100ft from the front steps of the deck, its perfect for cooling off on a hot day or for reading a book in the sun.
There is a $150 cleaning fee that you will get back if the cottage is left clean after you stay. No Pets Allowed.

Area Information
The area is full of things to do. Wells has several large beaches perfect for walks, play time with the kids, swimming, etc. The beach area has many shops to visit with local wares and neat nick-nacks. There is a grocery store and shopping plaza with a movie theatre right across the road. The cottage is in an area that allows for easy travel to Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kennebunk Port, and York. Across from the gate is a wonderful family restaurant, Condon's, that serves breakfast and makes donuts daily. Everything is within walking distance. Also just steps from the gate is a Trolley stop that will take you around Wells, Kennebuck, and Ogunquit. Cottage is 5 minutes away from Maine Turnpike. Also, we now have free wifi and HBO + Cinimax.
