OCEANVIEW 4 BR Home and a one Minute stroll to Wells Beach! This home is impeccably clean, bright and airy. Beds are as follows:
1st BR 1 Queen, 2nd BR one double, 3rd BR 4 singles; one is a set of bunkbeds, 4th BR 1 Twin. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. Living room has a Queen size sleep Sofa. Full Bath on 1st Floor w/ Washer & Dryer. 3/4 BR w/ stand up shower on 2nd Floor. Sleeps 6-10 people Maximum LINENS/TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Amenities: Washer&Dryer, blankets, pillows, blow dryer, Microwave, DVD player, Cable TV, Gas grill, Parking for 2 vehicles. Ocean breeze and fans provided for each BR. Fully stocked kitchen appliances. Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Juicer, Electric fry pan, Crock pot, Lobster and Steamers pots.
THE WRAP AROUND OVERHEAD COVERED FARMERS PORCH w/ ROCKERS ALLOWS YOU TO NEVER MISS A DAY OUTSIDE. SIT ON A PORCH ROCKER AND WATCH THE SUNRISE OVER THE OCEAN~

Area Description

No need to drive onto the dreadful Rt. 1 traffic once you have arrived. Everything you need is within walking distance to the beach house. Billy's Chowder House around the corner, as is the Arcade for the kids and the playground. Forbes Restaurant and Ice Cream shoppe is a stones throw away and directly accross from the beach. You may get to Hannaford's Plaza without driving onto Rt. 1. Hannaford's Plaza is right there with access to food, spirits, banking, movie theatre and shopping.
Walk to the beach and walk home if you need to use the rest room, put the kids down for a nap, or refresh your drink. Wells is between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Wells has 7 mi. of sandy beaches. Nearby you may find great restaurants, Kittery Outlets, Ogunquit Playhouse, Rachel Carlson Preserve, horseback riding, kayaking, religious services, Perkins Cove and golfing.

Chula Vista has been our family vacation spot for two years in a row. The location is absolutely fabulous, we enjoyed kayaking in the marsh at high tide and swimming in the ocean later in the day. Our family enjoyed the comfort of Chula Vista and have created long lasting memories!

Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful week at Chula Vista. The kitchen is well furnished (we even made a birthday cake)there's lots of seating both in the living room and on the porch, and the beach is literally a minute's walk away. We were delighted with this cute, clean cottage and the cozy and homey atmosphere it provided for our family vacation.

Chula Vista is amazing!!! After seeing the pictures on the web site and seeing the house in person it was “home away from home”. The house had all of the amenities you could ask for including a wrap around porch and an unbelievable view of the sea and walking distance to the beach! The street was wonderful and quiet for our boys to play, run and ride bikes and not have to worry about traffic. Mercedes and family we want to say Thank You for letting us stay at your house it is truly an amazing and a wonderful spot. A truly amazing experience. Hope to visit again in the future!!

We just got back from a week's stay at the Chula Vista. After the summer we'd been having we weren't sure if the weather would cooperate. Luckily it did, but even if it hadn't we still would have had a great time. The house was airy and bright;location was close to everything, including the beach,yet secluded enough to provide privacy. Mercedes Roman was great in providing all the information we needed. She really made us feel welcome in her lovely home. Thanks Mercedes! Hope to visit again in the future.

Our first visit in Wells couldn’t have been better. Chula Vista gave us a home away from home with its wrap around porch and a view of the sea on a quiet street that was relaxing and enjoyable. Only a step away from local stores, the sandy beach and not to mention the marsh and its wildlife close by. It allowed us to travel and see different places and sites with in hours of driving. The house was very clean, comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities. A truly enjoyable experience!!

Chuka Vista is like staying at your home away from home by the sea. It's not your typical "cottage" but rather a warm home with a terrific view! Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Close to everything you need with plenty to do for all ages. Or just relaxing on the wrap around porch playing cribbage and drinking wine soaking up the fresh ocean air. We stayed with our 3 teenagers and they can't wait to come back in '09. We are already booked! Don't change a thing. This is such a great spot. Thanks Mercedes!

Week of Labor Day - had a great time, great location, with 'dead end' location no worries about our 3yr old, rode bikes from Church St to Ocean Blvd, across the Footbridge, and along Rt 1 to Perkins Cove and back a few times. Hannafords Nearby for food. Family really enjoyed!
